One of the key features of Impact Academy is our amazing ability to get players exposure and lead the force behind their recruiting process like no one else can in the world. The recruiting process is a very difficult one and many players who remain at their high school completely miss out on many opportunities as a result of the coaches' inability to maximize the recruiting process. Over the last 12 years of running the Academy program, we have had many, many success stories of players who come to the Academy, improve tremendously and utilize our staff's unmatched contacts in the world of college basketball to receive a scholarship or go on to play at an outstanding college or university as a member of the team.

Our staff works tirelessly to promote and market our players to create as many opportunities as possible to play in college. As we always say, we become "one team," on a mission to make sure every player achieves his goals. Through 20 years of experience and over 150 players placed in Division I, II, and III universities or colleges, our approach to recruiting is intense, efficient, and effective.

Our goal in recruiting is to find the "best fit" for each and every player. In many cases, the criteria for the "best fit," varies. After detailed meetings with each player and his family, Impact Academy will formulate a year-long plan for the recruiting process and execute this plan throughout the year.

In the past 3 years alone, we have placed 80% of our players in college basketball, and we plan to continue to meet or exceed this rate.

I can assure you that there will be no place in the world where a player will be developed better, exposed and marketed more effectively, and taken through the recruiting process with greater detail and intensity than at Impact Academy.
