When each athlete arrives he will be greeted by a performance coach that will take him through our Customized Performance Assessments and Body Compositions. This will ensure that the athlete nutrition is individualized and tailored towards his goals. Each stat that is recorded will help provide the proper amount of macronutrients based on their weight and lean muscle tissue to ensure the precise amount of calories to accomplish their goals. The athlete will be given an in depth meal plan and will be held accountable to the goals they committed to.

At Impact it's not just receiving a customized meal plan of recorded data, we want to instill the proper tools and education of nutrition to each athlete how this will create more power and strength on the court. This will be done by nutrition seminars that are held periodically through their curriculum. The athlete is then taken to the grocery store explaining the layout of a grocery store, reading of nutrition labels and what the ingredients of what the product is made of. This will set the path on them taking their game to the next level.
This component will give you the edge over all your competitors. Impact will teach each athlete when the best time to take in nutrients and witch one will provide you the best one for your goals. This will assist in reducing the reduction of an injury, increase lung capacity, optimize lean muscle tissue gain, and accelerate fat loss. It will also help you move faster during a fast break or coming off a screen, explode higher and react quicker for getting a rebound or a block, and become an all around more powerful player.
