The Impact Academy Basketball Training program is specifically designed to enhance each student's skills through intense repetition of game-simulated training sessions. Students engage in the same training program for 7-9 months, with the same trainers and coaches that train the professional players who train at Impact. The results are amazing!
The initial phases of the Impact Academy Training Program serve to identify each player's deficiencies in order to develop a focused strategy for improvement. Areas of focus include:

PHASE 1: INITIAL EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS PHASE
This phase includes intense on-court skill sessions of drilling, teaching, and competition. The performance training program includes emphasis on building the musculoskeletal foundation for increased strength, movement capabilities, and endurance. Players are evaluated and target areas of improvement and are established. Players work with coaches to set goals for personal development and college placement.
PHASE 2: IN-SEASON TRAINING
In the second phase of the Academy training program, the on-court skill development is implemented into a team concept within practices and games. Each player's performance is continuously evaluated and feedback is immediately given for necessary improvements. On-court training sessions continue to include attention to personal skill development. The performance program continues increasing strength, agility, flexibility, endurance with the focus of achieving peak levels of on-court performance. Communication with college coaches is constant, and marketing of players begins. Players are exposed to college coaches from all NCAA and NAIA levels.
PHASE 3: POST-SEASON SEGMENT
The Academy training sessions continue with intense drilling of skills. Competition is a major component and serves to evaluate skill improvement while also providing a means to put into use the developed skills and performance improvements. College placement during signing periods is now the goal.
