MOVEMENT AND BODY CONTROL
Understanding and developing the systematic approach will provide students with the tools to be able to increase speed, vertical jump, and change of direction, enabling a change to the approach on attacking the basket, improve passing angles, the ability to slip by the screen, and flare away from the defense.
RECOVERY AND REGENERATION
Regeneration strategies are essential to ensure optimal performance through recovery from the intense training and subsequent muscle breakdown. Students need more than stretching! Those "knots" in the muscle, which often arise from inactivity or repetitive activity, need to be worked out in order to restore the muscle to its original length and full functionality. Our trainers use many tools that can recover and restore the soft muscle tissue to reach optimal length; including foam rollers, tennis balls, medicine balls, and PVC piping. This ensures overall tissue quality in breaking up knots, adhesions, and scare tissue.
